MACH 2018
Union MT had the pleasure of exhibiting at MACH 2018, the UK’s national event for inspiring, innovating, and investing in future manufacturing. Held at the NEC Birmingham from April 9 to 13, we welcomed visitors to Booth H20-891 for hands-on demos and open discussions about real-world machining needs.
British manufacturers—particularly those in subcontracting, aerospace, and automotive—came to us with a clear goal: achieve more in less time. Our Vertical Machining Centers and Multi-Spindle Machining Centers were a natural fit, offering productivity-boosting features that reduce setup time and increase output with minimal operator intervention.
Several engineers were also drawn to our 5-Axis / 5-Face Machining Center for its versatility in handling complex parts and small batch production, particularly relevant for high-mix, low-volume environments. And for those working with heavier parts, the stability and torque of our Flat-Bed Lathe was a highlight.
